Description

What if participants created their own personal notebook? And completed it with craft activities? With this activity sheet, you can help participants produce a small notebook for safe expression! It’s also an opportunity to learn how to take part in a personal project! This activity provides psychosocial support.

Objectives

At the end of the workshop, the participant will be able to:
– Produce an intimate object of expression through drawing and/or writing
– Carry out a personal project
– Understand the steps for creating a notebook
– Carry out a craft activity with guidance

Prerequisites for the audience

Know how to use a hole punch (for the version with the hole punch)
Understand the language used by the facilitator

Equipment

– 5 sheets of A4 paper (rough sheets if possible) per participant
– 2 hole punches or 2 large staplers
– 1 stiff or coloured paper sheet per participant
– A roll of thin ribbon or string
